ARCHITECTURE PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Deerhaven POA has formulated four forms that are available on the web-site and will be required in every building project on Deerhaven lots. If an Owner or a Contractor has any questions regarding these forms or the permit process, contact information for the POA Architecture Committee is shown within the Building Permit Application.
I. BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION – Must be completed and signed by property owner and contractor before submitting, by email, regular mail or in person, to the Deerhaven Architecture contact person.
II. ARCHITECTURE CHECKLIST – Must be completed and signed by owner before submitting, by email, regular mail or in person, to the Deerhaven Architecture contact person.
III. INFORMATION SHEET – To be copied by owner/contractor and retained in their file.
IV. BUILDING PERMIT – Will be signed and issued by the Deerhaven Architecture Chairman when all requirements have been met by owner/contractor. No building shall begin until the issuance of the Building Permit.
Supporting documentation (such as Plot Plan, plans and specifications, etc. required in the building permit application and checklist) to be submitted with the Building Permit Application and the Architecture Checklist by email, regular mail or in person, to the Architecture contact person.
If the complete set of plans and specifications cannot be clearly read on an e-mailed copy, owner will be required to furnish two ” Hard Copies” of Plans and Specifications to the Deerhaven Architecture contact person, for review and approval by the Architecture Committee.
