- Ratify the decisions on the two questions regarding interpretation of the Deerhaven Restrictions and Covenants, in accordance with the Board’s electronic voting procedures, to document that building eaves and overhangs, and uncovered building steps less than 36 inches in height, are excluded from the setback requirements.
- Discuss variance procedures including clarification of homeowner/builder notification and/or approval requirements.
- Clarification of what lots qualify as abutting lots for variance notification/acceptance or denial
- Permit – should both attached garage and driveway permit fees be included in new home permit fee? (currently only garage, not driveway)
- Decide on the circumstances that suggest a “Stop Work” order be issued.

- Consider Weldon Lybarger’s request to have POA issue an order to hire a contractor for lot mowing on lots adjacent to his house if he agrees to initially pay the cost and wait for owner to reimburse.
