Regulations for the use of Deerhaven Park Facilities 
 
 
General Park Regulations

 1. Use of the Deerhaven Park and all facilities is limited to Deerhaven Property Owners, their families and guests

 2. Use of the Park is at the risk of those using the facilities.

 3. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
 
Pool Regulations

 1. Pool Regulations are posted at the Pool.

 2. The Pool may not be reserved for a private party.

Pavilion Regulations

 1. Only Deerhaven Property Owners may reserve the Pavilion for private functions.

 2.
The Property Owner reserving the Pavilion must attend the function and must be present throughout the  function.

 3. If the Property Owner is a Deerhaven Lot Owner, the purchase of a key to the Deerhaven Park facilities is  required for an annual fee of $25.00.

 4. The Pavilion cannot be reserved on holiday weekends.

 5. No Property Owner can reserve the Pavilion more than twice in any one calendar year.
 
 6. Parties reserving the Pavilion are responsible for the following:-

     a.) Cleaning the Pavilion before and after the function.
     b.) Leaving the Pavilion table and chairs in the condition and arrangements as prior to the function.
     c.) Removing all garbage associated with the function and taking home for disposal.
     d.) Turning off all lights and water faucets at the Pavilion and in the restroom after the function.

 7. Reservation of the Pavilion does not include exclusive use of the Pool.

 8. All functions at the Pavilion must be ended by 10:00 pm.

 9. Parking - Discuss with the Park Commissioner prior to the function.

Boat Ramp Regulations

 1.
The Boat Ramp Gate must be closed and locked after using.

 2. Boats may be tied up at the pier, as space allows, for not more than 48 hours and at the risk of their owners.  No boat may be moored in the area adjacent to the Boat Ramp itself except during the launching and retrieval procedures.
