ATTENTION Home Owners and Renters please be prepared for water shutoffs over the next five months.
The Contractor (Nelson Lewis) is scheduled to begin Monday, August 17 moving materials and equipment to the community for upgrading the water lines. He will start breaking ground shortly thereafter. So all must be prepared for water cut offs at any time during this project. The contract calls for completion in 150 days.
If a water shutdown is pre-planned then Homeowners/Renters will be notified of the date and time of the shutdown, via email, ahead of the event.
If an unscheduled water shutdown occurs then Homeowners/Renters will be notified of the problem via email, and advised of an approximate time when the service will be resumed.
Every effort will be made to keep the water lines clean and flushed during the project, but it is suggested that Homeowners/Renters open their faucets and allow water to run for a few minutes after there has been a water shut off. Homeowners who are part time residents should take particular note of the need to do this.
Suggest you keep standby water available.
