IMPORTANT NOTICE: TO ALL HOMEOWNERS/LOT OWNERS:
It has been brought to the Board’s attention that during the Memorial weekend there was damage done in the pool area, trash left lying around in flower beds, pots turned over, thermometer in the pool broken, and the arm on one chair was broken making it unusable. This was a wrought iron chair and it would have been difficult to break, e.g. wind, etc.
Your dues have paid for the recent renovations in the pool area, however it takes lots of volunteer laborers who help maintain it and keep it in pristine condition.
The pool rules are posted for a reason and the Board would appreciate it if everyone, residents and guests, abided by them. There is a trashcan for your use, however if you have additional trash, please clean up the area before you leave and take your trash with you. The chairs, lounges, tables, etc. are for your convenience, not to be destroyed.

POOL PARK NOTICE ........ THE LOCKS HAVE BEEN CHANGED.
The locks have been changed at the pool, boat launch, tennis court, and restroom at the barn. Please contact Mary Armagost 598-1615 until June 19th and then Pauline Tarver 596-1641 if we have been unable to deliver your new key to you.

PUBLIC MEETING
The Board of Directors of the Deerhaven Water Control and Improvement District held a public meeting on the 8th day of August, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Blue Lake Clubhouse, 214 W. Bluebonnet Road, Horseshoe Bay, Llano County, Texas.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the fire station project that the Deerhaven Water Control and Improvement District (the “District”) has proposed to construct, pursuant to the authority the voters of the District have provided in approving the bond election to authorize the District to issue up to $400,000 in general obligation bonds.
Members of the Public were invited to attend and provide comments. The District is committed to addressing your concerns and comments related to the project. We will be evaluating public reaction in considering whether to proceed with the project, including concerns of lack of currently available fire protection services in the District.

Blue Lake POA wish to remind all non residents of Blue Lake that the trash dumpsters at the old fire station are paid for by and are for the exclusive use of Blue Lake property owners.
